The image shows the International Space Station (ISS) silhouette while crossing in front of the Sun´s disc at a distance of 441.54km from us and at a speed of about 7.31km/s. Captured from Figueira da Foz, northern cost of Portugal, on June 2, 2024, the transit had a total duration of only 0,54 seconds, crossing the Sun in a blink of an eye.
